How would darker, internal states like anxiety and depression appear if they existed on the surface of the human body? Or do they, already? In this book series, anatomical dreams, I imagine body landscapes that ooze these emotion states. I imagine that sadness might thrive in creases and crevices, and fear in goosebumps and scratches; all minute subtleties that reveal themselves in harsh light and long shadows.
