Ferments Live is an online account and database dedicated to the vast and funky world of fermented foods, led and produced by my friend and food writer Jess Eng

For Episode 3 of the Ferments Live Podcast, Jess commissioned me to photograph DAYTRIP, a funky disc-themed restaurant specializing in fermentation located in Oakland, California. I also spent some time with Finn Stern and Stella Denning, partners and co-owners of DAYTRIP.
